In this expanded live webinar, David Cardoza, a professional Skillful trainer, takes a deep dive into skills-based hiring.  He’ll cover adjusting the job posting so that an employer is clear in what they’re looking for in a certain position, as well as, how to use interview questions to evaluate skills regardless of where or how they were learned. Participants will also practice applying what they’ve learned.

The Skills-Based Hiring program’s third session will be held Wednesday, April 21, and the fourth session Wednesday, May 5; these will follow the same format; RSVPs required for online or in-person.

Skillful, a non-profit initiative of the Markle Foundation, is dedicated to enabling all Americans to secure good jobs in a changing economy.  In partnership with Microsoft, State of Colorado, Walmart and others, Skillful provides skills-based training and employment practices for local employers, state governments and workforce development organizations.
