A Business After Hours & Mixer on steroids for members to showcase their products and services. Quite simply, a multi-industry trade show held in as few as four hours and in some communities up to a full-day.

The Eagle Chamber’s first annual showcase is Thursday, September 17, 4-8 p.m., at Brush Creek Pavilion in Eagle.
At least 30 exhibitors are expected to participate in the show. To reserve a table, costs are as follows:
- Premium Location: $150*
- Perimeter Location: $125*
- Center or Patio: $100*
- *Table registrations made after August 15, add $25
Exhibitors will be provided a 6-foot table with a banquet-length cloth and everyone is encouraged to decorate their booth for a custom look; the town does not permit the use of balloons at Brush Creek. All exhibitors will be featured on Eagle Chamber’s website and in the show-case’s marketing and promotional material.
The premium locations are the room’s two corners and in the main entrance area. Exhibitors selecting a perimeter location can utilize the wall space behind their table for the placement of banners and signs; no nails, duck tape, or other tape that will remove the paint. All exhibitors are encouraged to provide a business-card drawing prize to boost visitors to their booth.
Food and beverages will be provided along with live music. Members may choose to provide food and drinks in exchange for a free table; these will be limited to four with one for beverages.
An exhibitors workshop will be held on Thursday, August 27 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at town hall to provide tips on being a successful exhibitor. Attendees are asked to bring a sandwich and the chamber will provide beverage and dessert.
Chamber Mixers always have door prizes and a showcase is no exception. Look for announcement of these prizes in the near future.
