Mick Daly – President
Mick loves soccer, running, hiking, biking and investing in his 7 grand-kids.
In his former life, Mick was a Systems Engineer and Technical Support Manager with IBM in England for 20 years. After 3 years in Dallas, Texas on a 3-year IBM assignment, Mick, Jenny and their two sons decided to stay in the US, and became ‘home-preneurs’ in 1990.
In 1997, they sold their house in Dallas, bought an RV and spent the next 4 years traveling all over the US. After choosing Colorado and building a log home near Glenwood Springs, they moved to a new home in Eagle in 2009.
Now Mick and Jenny love life in Eagle, living close to their sons, daughters-in-law and 7 grandchildren. They run their international Juice Plus+ business from their home in Eagle Ranch (built by their sons), and travel with their business as well as for fun. When at home they attend Eagle Bible Church.
Mick says “In Eagle now, I am living a much bigger WHY than I ever dreamed possible; so I am as retired as I ever plan to be!”
Rick Beveridge – Vice President
Grant Murphy – Treasurer
Born in Tallahassee Fl. while his mother was attending college at FSU, they moved to Miami where he spent his childhood.
Grant attended the University of Florida and received an A.A. degree. After working for a few years he then decided to complete his education.
His girlfriend, now his wife (Willow), came to Colorado to visit her mother and before he knew it Grant was living in Grand Junction. After working at Coors Ceramics on a swing shift and attending Colorado Mesa University during the day, Grant graduated with a degree in marketing and was hired by Alpine Bank.
He has now been with Alpine Bank for 15 years and is happy to be able to live in the Vail Valley and be a part of this wonderful community.
Grant is currently Vice President of Alpine Bank in Eagle.
Michelle Friedman – Secretary
Michelle has lived in Eagle since 2000 and thoroughly enjoys raising her son, Chris, in this great community!
She has worked for NRC 365 Mountain Broadcasting since September 2004 and was in the Hospitality Industry for 8 years prior to that moving from Denver to Virginia and settling down in Eagle.
Michelle has a degree in Travel and Tourism Management and has been on the Eagle Chamber Board since 2010.
Her true passions are networking, supporting local businesses, traveling, camping, hiking and fishing.
Jim Bolton – Director
Jim is a native Bostonian. (Go Sox!) He and his family (spouse Denise and children Sam & Kate) purchased property in Eagle Ranch in 2003 and moved here full time in 2012.
Jim is a Senior Partner and Wealth Manager with the Commonwealth Financial Group and splits his time between offices in Eagle Ranch Village and the financial district of Boston.
Jim is a graduate of Stonehill College in North Easton, Massachusetts as well as the Boston University program for financial planners. He serves on the Stonehill College Alumni Council as well as the board of directors of the MassMutual Financial Group’s Advisor’s Association. Jim and his family are communicants of Calvary Chapel Vail Valley and they are passionate supporters of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America and Habitat for Humanity. Jim also enjoys teaching local students about financial literacy through Junior Achievement of Colorado.
Thomas Boyken – Director
Born in Indiana, Thomas moved to Texas at the age of 8, where he grew up. He attended and graduated from Texas State University–San Marcos with a Finance degree from the accredited business school.
Thomas’ first job out of school was working with a start up in Austin. Over his four years there, he and the owners took it from a 3-person company working from home, to a 15-person company manufacturing in China and shipping all over the world. Thomas was hooked on small business, the autonomy it afforded and the incredibly rewarding experience of knowing you’re contributing every day.
Wanting more of a typical “career” job, Thomas accepted a position with a fortune 500 company that relocated him to Grand Junction, CO. Visiting Colorado in the summers as a kid, Thomas always knew he’d live there one day, and it had finally become a reality.
Spending a summer in Grand Junction, and realizing big corporations weren’t for him, the mountains called, and Thomas couldn’t resist. Moving to Vail on Halloween day 2010, he has lived in the Vail Valley ever since. Starting in East Vail, he’s made the typical westward migration and now owns a home in Eagle. The perfect blend of winter and summer, he loves his time in Eagle, skiing in the winters and golfing in the summers. Giving back to his local community, Thomas has served as a Board of Director on the Eagle Chamber of Commerce since 2017.
While learning several different industries, there’s one constant that stays true – his passion working in and with small businesses. With over 15 years of business experience, Thomas has always been the right-hand man to the CEO. As such, he has learned all facets of business and how to help them be efficient and profitable.
Thomas has always been attracted to tech in some form. Taking this to another level, he took a job with a local tech company as their Sales and Marketing Manager, doubling as Account Manager for all clients. For four years, Thomas dove in head first, learning a much about business IT as he could. Having this new skillset and knowing the local marketing intimately, Thomas saw a need and took the opportunity. Launching Forward Tech Solutions, LLC in 2018, this path will allow him to use his skills, talents, and expertise to help even more small business owners. Thomas decided to focus on that department where he feels small businesses need the most help. By taking his businesses minded, financial approach, he believes IT can be a valuable asset that helps companies achieve their desired success.
Vicki Flynn – Director
Vicki moved to the Vail Valley in the winter of 2002 from Chicago. After her first summer here, she fell in love with the valley. Vicki graduated from Bradley University with a degree in advertising and marketing. She is a recent graduate of the Vail Centre Leadership Academy and the Duke University Nonprofit Management Certification. She has worked in the non-profit sector for more than a decade, and has been the Development Director at The Cycle Effect since the fall of 2015. She joined the Board of Directors in 2018, and has been an active member of the Leads group for 3 years. She loves living and working in Eagle and is excited to give back to our mountain community. She enjoys yoga and spending time outside mountain biking, camping, and hiking with her husband, 2 kids, and dog.

Mary Ann Morrison – Administrator
Mary Ann has more than 25 years of experience in Chamber management. Prior to joining the Eagle Chamber in 2014, she served as the President & CEO of the Greenwich CT Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Director of the Darien CT Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organizational Management, a multi-year educational program for chamber and non-profit association executives.
