We are hiring! We are delighted to announce the following job opening on our Eagle Chamber Staff: Membership Development Coordinator.

For the first time in many years we are in a position to increase our staff support. Mary Ann Morrison has been invaluable in her role as Chamber Administrator. Thanks to her efforts and the healthy growth in our membership and other revenues, we are now able to hire someone to reduce Mary Ann’s workload and enhance the service we can offer our members.

Growth in the valley’s economy matched with growth in our membership provides the opportunity for the Eagle Chamber to up our game once more. With the right person in this role, we will continue to grow our revenue, allowing us to improve our member services, be more pro-active in anticipating our members’ needs and innovative in working for the success of our business community and the economic vitality of our town.

Our Vision is to be recognized as the business leadership arm of our world-class mountain town. In support of our Mission and Vision we are expanding our staff with a new part-time position. 

Position Overview: 

The Membership Development Coordinator will direct our membership development, recruitment and retention efforts. The main purpose of this role is to increase revenue to the Eagle Chamber of Commerce by expanding our membership base, attracting new members to the organization and increasing member engagement to improve member retention. 

Central to these responsibilities is development and execution of a strategic membership sales plan for the Eagle Chamber. This involves identifying prospects, determining their needs, communicating the Chamber’s value, and closing the sale. 

Commissions and bonuses for a high performing individual have the potential to double the annual income for this part-time position.
