The 4th annual WassailFest, sponsored by Circle-A Auto Repair, ran for three days through Dec. 1st.
35 local businesses offered different Wassail recipes and community members stopped by to taste the various beverages. Wassail tasters received ’12 Sips of Wassail’ cards and once validated with at leasts 12 sips confirmed, dropped off the cards to receive a hand-made Christmas ornamented a chance to win a Yeti cooler, donated by Comerford/State Farm Insurance.
The participants also voted for their favorite variety of Wassail.
The winning business this year was crowned WassailMeister 2018: Red Canyon Cafe! Here Ryan Murray and Wassail co-brewer Kent Kingrey are seen receiving the beautiful trophy from 2017 winner Taun Saunders of Circle-A Auto Repair.
The winner of the Yeti cooler was Robyn Spain, seen below receiving her prize from Will Comerford of Comerford/State Farm Insurance.
